Update your Profile and/or change your photograph

Did you change your email address, get married (or un-married) and need to change your name, move to a different place or have a new chorus position you want to add? Updating your Profile is easy to do!

To update your Profile:

  1. Click on your name, which can be found above the lion logo on every Members Only page, and then click MY ACCOUNT.
  2. Click the "Edit" tab 
  3. Make your updates/fill in all of the boxes that you wish others to see (address, phone numbers, etc). FYI: you must add a birthday YEAR, but all that's visible to members is the month and day. If you're really wanting to keep that a secret, just put in the any old year!
  4. Scroll down and click the "Save" button
  5. Changes should show immediately, but sometimes you may need to refresh your browser in order to see them.  

To update/change your Profile photo:

  1. You can add/change the profile picture of yourself by clicking on “My Account” in the drop-down menu under your Profile photo, then clicking on the EDIT tab button near the top of the screen.
     
  2. Click the PROFILE tab. The picture section will be right at the top.
     
  3. Click CHOOSE FILE (even if you already have a photo there; no need to delete the old picture first). This will bring up a dialog box on your screen. You'll need to navigate through your files to find the picture you want to use. If you did it right, you'll see the photo's file in the CHOOSE FILE box. (TIP: before you upload your picture, make sure your photo is mainly of your face--crop if necessary--is roughly square, and a file size smaller than 1000 K or 1MG. There are no editing options before the picture is uploaded.)
     
  4. When you've done that, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.
