Rob Mance is musical director of two award-winning choruses: Vocal Standard (Sweet Adeline’s women’s chorus) and Central Standard (Barbershop Harmony Society). Rob has been Vocal Standard’s director from its inception, taking them to a 2nd place finish in Region 5 just 4 months after chartering. Rob became director of Central Standard in 2011 and moved from 9th to 2nd place at the 2016 men’s International Competition. He has been conductor of the Oread Consort at the University of Kansas and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Choral Conducting there.
